Current Vacancies

🌐 Job Title:Outreach Executive / Email & Outreach Specialist

🕒 Hours & Role Type

  • Flexible shifts: AM / PM / Evening
  • Part-time freelance (remote)
  • Mon to Friday only

💰 Pay

  • $200 – $800 per month (based on output)
  • 100–300 pitches expected

📝 What it Entails....

  • A Wordsmith and Link Go Getter
  • Pitching on behalf of reps/clients of varying niches to Journalists
  • Using HARO, Sourcebottle, Featured, and other top-tier PR platforms to secure backlinks and build digital credibility

🛠️ Core Responsibilities

  • Spotting relevant opps for clients and reps in different niches
  • Crafting award-winning, Pulitzer-worthy pitches
  • Securing overlooked links by identifying uncredited brand or expert mentions
  • Using our clients USP'S, content and background to create engaging and personalised expert pitches

🔍 Quality Checks & Monitoring

  • Identify low-value domains or irrelevant journalist opportunities
  • Checking metrics, journalist history, and nuanced signals
  • Picking relevant queries appropriate for your clients

📞 Chase-Up & Follow-Through

  • Proactively follow up on outstanding links with urgency and professionalism
  • Use varied outreach channels: email, social platforms, and direct contact

🧠 Skills & Traits

  • Attention to detail, initiative, research speed
  • Strong writing skills (varied tone, niches)
  • Conscientious, persistent, proactive
  • Punchy & persuasive writing style
  • Fluent in UK & US English
  • Good at working remotely

✅ Must Have

  • 2+ years writing for 3 of the required platforms
  • Legitimate examples of work done and success
  • A realistic, feasible conversion rate to back up

💡 Nice to Have

  • Journalist or SEO Experience
  • Editorial background
  • Machiavellian Traits
